This page explains how users can request deletion of server-side data associated with the Payments Under Control mobile application.

2. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to vitaliivanov2804@gmail.com.
Please use the subject line:
Payments Under Control data deletion request
In the email, include any information that can help us identify your data:
- the email address used during payment or support communication, if any;
- your device model and approximate date when you used the app;
- whether you used Pro access, family synchronization or payment backup;
- your family invite code, if you want to delete family synchronization data and you still have access to it.
Do not send bank card numbers, passwords, SMS codes, passport data or other sensitive documents.
3. What Data Can Be Deleted
After verifying the request, we can delete server-side data associated with your app usage, including:
- technical device identifiers generated by the app;
- push notification token;
- family synchronization membership and device label;
- payment records stored on the server for Pro backup or family synchronization;
- Pro backup data associated with the device;
- technical records used to connect the device to family synchronization.
If you request full deletion, Pro access, restoration, payment backup and family synchronization may stop working.
4. What Data May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment dispute, security or compliance reasons. This may include payment transaction records, payment provider identifiers, purchase amount, tariff, payment status and limited server logs.
Retained data is used only for the purposes listed above and is kept only for the period required by applicable law or legitimate operational needs.
5. Processing Time
Deletion requests are usually reviewed within 10 business days. If additional information is needed to identify the data, we may contact you using the email address from which the request was sent.
